雰囲気イケメンっていう言い方あるけど雰囲気「いい曲」ってあるよな。「いい曲」って言われるのを狙っているかのような、よく聴くとメロディとかぜんぜんだめなんだけど編曲でいい曲って言われそうな雰囲気にしただけのような、ジェーポップのバラードに多い。たいていストリングスやピアノが入っている。イージーで安っぽい感動を押し付ける。NHKのオリンピック放送のテーマソングに起用されたりする。

午後9時37分、僕はテレビに別れを告げることを決めた。何の未練もないと思っていた。
でも、「このコンセントを抜いてしまうと、もう挿すことは二度と無いのか…」などと考えると、思いがけなくセンチメンタルになってしまい、2分ほどためらった。
別れを切り出すのはどんな場合でも辛いものである…

それを押し入れにしまったあと、椅子に座ってしばらくぼーっとしているうちに、自分が深い解放感のようなものに包まれていることに気づいた。
それは長期に渡る仕事を終えた時や、面倒なごたごたを解決したときに感じる気分に似ている。

とても意外だった、好きな番組はたくさんあるし、好きな芸能人もいるし、自分が必要だと感じていたから置いていたはずのに、それを部屋から排除しただけで、そのような充実感にも似た気分を味わえることが…

さりげないということ

後から見返して恥ずかしくないものにするにはさりげなさが重要である。恥ずかしくないということはすなわち時間の経過に耐えうるということだ。

後から見返して恥ずかしいものというのは多くの場合自らの身体的・言語的な限界を無視して身の丈に合わない無理をしているのでさりげなさからは最も遠いところに位置する表現になってしまっている。

だから、同時代の盲目的な人々に一時的に支持されることはあってもすぐに時間の流れと共に淘汰されてしまう。

だが自分が無理をしていることに気づくのは難しいのでさりげなくあるためには表現者は誰よりも自分の作品を客観的に見ることができなければならない。

水道を止められたり女の子に振られたり知らない人に突然殴られたりお金を盗まれたり車にはねられたり犬に追いかけられたり性病になったりした。良いことなどひとつもなかった。
でもどんな時でも美しい曲が書ければそれでいいんだ。

インターネットで評価されるには馴れ合いスキルを高める

インターネットで有名になりたかったらSNSなどを使って積極的に馴れ合う。そうすれば無能でもそこそこ注目される。
才能があって良い作品を作っていても馴れ合いができなければ評価されない。

節電

俺なんて毎年夏はほとんどクーラーなど使わず言われなくても節電してるのに今年は朝や昼間に放送しているゴミみたいなワイドショーですら節電節電と偉そうに煽ってきてムカつくのでガンガンクーラーを使ってやろうかなとふと思った。やらないけどね。電気代払うの自分だし。今日は雨がすごかったなー。

引越しについて

引越しって嫌でも活動的にならざるを得ない。メールしたり電話したりどこかに行ったり、、そういう事が好きじゃないのでとても面倒だ。

でもどんな場所にせよ「今とは違う場所に住む」ということが何となくわくわくさせてくれる。

ブログは一年半ぐらいで更新しなくなったしTwitterも始めて一年後にはほとんどtweetしなくなって放置状態だしミクシイは嫌いだからすぐやめたしMySpaceもFacebookもほったらかしだしはてブさえも面倒になってあまり使わなくなった。

自分が今やっていることや興味を持っていることを不特定多数に向けて発信することに対して以前ほど楽しいと感じなくなった。
自己顕示欲が減衰している…

Twitterによくいるような情報を公開するリスクに対して無自覚な人々、善意の皮をかぶって他者を攻撃したりデマを撒き散らしたりする人々を数多く目にして嫌気がさしたのかもしれない。
あるいは単に僕が飽きっぽいだけなのかもしれない。
あと自分の書いたものを後から見返したときにすごく恥ずかしくなったりすることがあってそれが嫌なのかもしれない。ブログとかほとんど全部恥ずかしいし。
2007年ぐらいから現在に至るまで同じペースでTwitter続けてる人とかを見るとえらいなーと思ってしまう。

An Attractive Labyrinth

I once read the story in a comic book that a man who had lost his way in an underground shopping arcade. He went on walking endlessly with a confusion and a pain, then he managed to find the light of the sun, but the place he had arrived was not the ground, but the roof of the skyscraper. At the end of the story, he jumped down from the roof to his true destination, the ground.

I came to love the underground since I have read this story. Underground is like a labyrinth, it is pretty attractive.

Pain And Pleasure

I once have read the old famous Japanese person's episode that when he got sleepy at night, he bind himself with a rope that hung from the ceiling so as not to fell asleep, and kept on studying.

Since I have read this story, I often feel guilty when I quit studying to sleep at night, but now I realaized that it is inefficent and unscientific to study patiently without sleeping. It is more gainful and fun to sleep early and play in a dreamland, than to study painfully. Old people' s common sense was often inefficent and unscientific. So now I sleep immediately without any hesitation if I got sleepy. I never intend to justify being lazy, but I don't think it is good for me to endure.

Many of blog authors and internet users in Japan are tend to hide their real names or faces, and they often insult others by anonymously. There is a big famous anonymous bulletin board service in Japan called "2 channel "(I'm not sure how many people outside Japan know this web site). It was openned in 1999 and anyone can post anonymously there. I think this is the main reason that many web users in Japan prefer anonyms to real names.

Hello everyone, My name is Motoharu Murata. I was born in the small town surrounded by the sea (beautiful place!) in Yamaguchi prefecture (the west end of the main island of Japan) on April 14 1983.

I was influenced by some of rock bands such as Led Zeppelin or Iron Maiden and began to play the guitar when I was 15. I started the band named "DMD" when I was at the university of Kitakyusyu, and performed the shows several times. After the band had broken up, I began studying orchestration by self-education and composed some orchestral works. I dropped out the school, and decided to live as a composer. I compose instrumental tunes nowadays which sound like electric virtual orchestra, or transparent prrogressive heavy metalic pop music. In 2007 I bought Apple's Macintosh conputer（ iMac 2.0GHz/1GB 667MHz/160GB/ OS X 10.5.2）and since then I've sold part of my soul to Mac and Apple. I have spent a lot of time in my life by listening, playing and composing music and I'll do so in the future as well.
